Many Start Ups come from a unique product or service that is currently not offered in the market. Typically the founder knows everything about the product or service, but do not have a savvy business background. They often know what needs to be done, but don't know the best way!

Start ups often start to fill a demand in a market, therefore is some circumstances the founders actually struggle with keeping up with the demand of the customer base. This seems like a "good" problem, but can easily but a small start up out of business

Many start ups begin their venture with investments from friends and family that know their idea has a bright future. This type of investment is often given on trust and faith, the same is NOT true we pursuing additional business investors. They need you to PROVE that you have a great business idea with an implementable and profitable plan!

 Collards Greens have always been a tasty treat and a staple in Southern cooking. The problem is they are not typically healthy, but a local couple had a fantastic recipe that is both delicious and healthy!    

The couple had been providing the delicious treat at local festivals, and would sell out at each event. The couple saw an opportunity with the health food market growing very quickly, but they didn't have the business knowledge to expand the operations.

GDC assisted in creating a robust business plan to present to investors and also assisted in setting up a facility that allowed them to produce in larger quantities. The couple was able to increase their production drastically and was able to get their product into multiple local health food stores!  

Delicious treats are something that attract people from all demographics. The business was ran by a stay at home mom who had a great vision and had create a line of uniquely flavored popcorn that would make anyone's mouth water!  

Her struggles began when she started approaching investors for additional capital. Her friends and family invested because they knew the product was great and she was committed to making the new business a success! Unfortunately this is NOT enough for investors, they were looking for a robust business plan to ensure that they were making a sound investment.

GDC worked with the founder to establish a strong business plan and supporting documentation that allowed her to present their vision to the investors and secure the financing required!
